Default Etek ASA problem?

The asa on my etek is leaking air out bad. To where my whole tank will be empty in a minute or less. I have replaced the orings in it more than once. I was just wondering where i can get one? Or what i could do to fix this. Thanks

Where is it leaking from? It could be the macroline or something.

Ding, ding!

If it is leaking through the bleed off hole, it is your tank, NOT the ASA...

Well the hole on the bottom of the ASA is there if something is wrong with the seal on your tank. Unless you maybe used the wrong ORing, Otherwise not too sure.

Tried more than one oring. The owner of my near by field is a tech. But he just had back surgery and has had his shop closed down for a little bit. Last time i seen him, i asked bout it and he said that something in the asa is just worn down. And it was a issue with a few of them. Any ideas with that info?

How far does the tank screw into the asa? If it does not screw in all the way (bad threads) it could cause your problem.

Do you have another tank? if so try that tank and see if it leaks or not.

Which hole on the asa is it leaking out of the one at the back of the asa or the one at the front?

If it's the back hole then you are getting a leak from the tank o ring, could still be a bad asa or tank.

If it is the front hole it is one of the internal o rings inside the asa.

Do you have another marker? try the tank on that marker and see if it leaks.
