This is a "do-it-yourself" o-ring chart/kit tutorial specific to the Ego8. These can also be made for the Eblade, Ego5, Ego6, Ego7, Ego9, & Geo with minor changes. "Part A" is universal to all models, so do that first. If you have anything other than an Ego8 skip "Part B".

Part A

Step 1
Click this link: http://marinedivinginc.com/sitebuilder/images/o_ring_chart-711x875.png -OR- http://www.captainoring.com/extra/Captain%20O-Ring%20Size%20Chart.pdf

Step 2
Select "File", the "Print" at the top of your web browser

Step 3
If you use the first link, make a horizontal cut above the huge #030 ring. Discaurd the bottom half of the paper. (use the first image at the bottom of this post for referance if need be). If using the second link, just cut out the image, discaurd the boarder. Congratulations you now have a free universal ring chart.

Part B (Ego8 specific)

Step 1
Click mthis link: http://www.planeteclipse.com/Folders/Downloads/Manuals/EG8MVOL1.pdf

Step 2
Select "File" & "Print" in your web browser.

Step 3
**Important** In the "Print Range" section, select the "Pages" option.

Step 4
Input 75-75 for the field value.

Step 5
Select "OK" at the bottom to print.

Step 6
Cut out the image on the paper to fit the universal o-ring chart paper size.

Part C

For other models it would be easier to Xerox/copy this page from you manual. If you have misplaced your manual click here to download your manual: http://www.planeteclipse.com/site/edownloads.asp

Please note that, these are a 2 page .pdf layout, and you will have to mess with your printer setteings to get it to come out right.

Part D

When you are all done you should have two peices of paper that match in size. One should be the universal o-ring chart, and the other should be a diagram specific your your model marker of where certain o-rings go. Put the two peices of paper back to back and lamenate them. You should have something like this:

Front

Back
http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/8297/img0484a.jpg

I bought this at wal-mart for $4.36
http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/5317/img0485z.jpg

Tape the lamenated sheets inside the lid like this:

Now there will be no question as to what size an o-ring is and where it goes. This cost me a total of $7.36 to make/put together, o-rings included. I have seem simular kits go for 2 to 3 times as much as that. Now go out and fill it up with all of your o-rings and spare parts. I reccomend buying o-rings on your next paintball purchase here: http://www.paintballgateway.com/dollar.html

But your favorite supplier will do, Enjoy!

EDIT: Here is a second o-ring size chart, use which ever one you prefer: http://www.captainoring.com/extra/Captain%20O-Ring%20Size%20Chart.pdf
