Have you owned any other egos? How do you feel the geo compares to the egos?

Welcome to the Forum Capt.
If you dont know thm, there is a few tricks I learned going through the Geo Class which makes it a VERY appealing Marker.
I'll create a post later in the Geo section for ya :)

thanks man...it would be nice to understand and learn about my geo
Its one of the simplest markers out there as far as spools go, AND once it breaks in will be more accurate then an Ego.. You'll notice over time it gets better and better ( after about 5-6 cases it'll be spot on! )

Can you elaborate on this?

Most spool valves operate well below 500psi so the gun won't know your running low on air if your just gassing it up. You may have shootdown, but I don't know why It would cause a leak.

I dont know the precise reasons but coming from 2 master techs during class, I have a tendency to believe them, with the little tweeks you can do to it, not only with pressure and dwell, BUT volume adjustibility as well, as everything breaks in the smoother operation gives it more of an edge over the ego, also less moving parts too..lol
the geo operates on 110-135 psi, so it doesnt matter whats in your bottle until it goes below the operating pressure. Remember the inline reg only steps down pressure and the LPR steps it further. so long as it has enough volume of air over the markers operating pressure, it will shoot.

I could see it producing less percieved kick due to operating at a lower pressure but the actual single shot accuracy would be something that no one is going to be able to really prove. However Jack Woods has tried several times to convince people his markers are more accurate than other markers on pbn and has yet to really be successful about it.
Once I get my hands on one, personally owned, I'll really get into it. only 4 hrs of tearing one apart can teach so much
