Full Membership. Advancement by Posts and Rep and Length of Membership.

Corporal: 125 posts + 50 reputation + 30 days membership

Sergeant: 250 posts + 100 reputation + 60 days membership

Staff Sergeant: 500 posts + 250 reputation + 90 days membership

Master Sergeant: 1000 posts + 500 reputation + 120 days membership

Sergeant Major: 1500+ posts + 750 reputation + 180 days membership + recognition from staff
