***Forum Friendly Youtube posting***

Since the comment section of most youtube vids violate forum rules (ie, you cannot post direct links to youtube vids because of this), we've posted a "how-to" on posting the link to youtube vids minus the comment section.

Option #1:

Regular youtube link...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lich59xsjik&feature=recommended

You take this part (bolded):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lich59xsjik&feature=recommended

And put it between these tags (w/o the quotes ""):
[""youtube] [/youtube""]


Like this (w/o the quotes ""):
[''youtube]lich59xsjik[/youtube'']


And you get this:
lich59xsjik


Option #2:


-Find the YT Video that you want to show
-copy the address from the address bar
-Adjust the address to this style/form: http://www.youtube.com/v/WD2vh1zKc1Q&feature=related (http://www.a5og.net/redirect-to/?redirect=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fv%2FWD2vh 1zKc1Q%26feature%3Drelated)

You will have to delete "watch?" and "=" and add a "/" after the v (as shown above)

This will open the video in it's own window without the comments page from YouTube.

The only other option to get away from the comments page that you have no control over, is to save and re-host the video yourself.
