Yesterday when a I played, my Star Frame was doing something it has not done the last couple time I played with it. Everytime I turn it on it asks me to push the top button, then the middle button, then the bottom, then the inside and finally asks if I want lights on/off. If I do all this it takes me to the default screen it used to go to when I turn the gun on. Anyone have any idead how to fix this? It is annoying pulling the 3 screws out of the grip evertytime I turn the gun on.

That's a new one on me. Hopefully Sideshow will pop into this thread as he will probably know.

He is one of the master techs I trust due to his relationship with one of my partners. There is a Master tech in florida, but I dont know him personally. dont really know lance personally either, however his reputation and respect earned to my friend, gives me the confidence to work with him

I can vouch for Lance as well...top notch tech and extremely nice guy. His dad Cecil is a great guy too.

I really need to go visit GZ sometime to play..

Ok they are checking if the fix used on the 07 board when THEY had that problem will fix the star boards.... if it does, its going to need to be sent in to me.

If it wont, then there is an error. What you are getting is a diagnostic mode that should cancel itself out once you follow all the steps, but if it continues every time you power on.....

I have an 07 board I can swap out with you if it comes down to it.

Darth, yes I am the original owner. I purchased it from Action Village under 2 months ago. I have only played with it 3 times. So, this is not a new problem? And, yeah that mode comes up everytime I power on. It does not go away after the first.

ok that makes it easier, register it then, and if it comes back as something, I'll loan you an 07 board, and when you get it, you can mail the board to RI for them to reflash and fix that way you dont have much down time.

When you say register it, what do you mean? Go to the website and fill out that I own it?
