LP Gauge No Longer Used?

This was more of a curiosity question than anything...I've noticed that the Ego 7's and up with the integrated FRM, the option of installing a pressure gauge is not really available anymore with the stock hardware. I don't know how much of an advantage having a gauge really is, but I was just curious to know if anyone knows why they did away with this.

A secondary question to this is, how do you tune your regs? Just go off of velocity?

Just go off velocity.

the stock reg "settings" are like this....

on the inline reg..screw OUT the adjustment screw all the way ( dont worry it wont fall out ), then turn it in 4 full turns.

The LPR should not be adjusted at all...period....just leave it alone...lol but its settings should be the adjustment screw head is FLUSH with the end of the LPR cover.

Then the adjustment is with the velocity
