View Full Version : Holding a marker straight up and down vs. tilting it.

So that we no longer are hijacking threads, here goes...

You should hold the marker straight up and down. Here's photos of what I'm talking about.

I know they are crappy photos, but it's the best I can do atm. Obviously a tree is going to be different than an airball bunker that you can push aside too.

How about tucking your elbow in on the bottom one.

No wonder you all say it leaves more exposed, your chicken winging it

When I pull it, both my elbows touch...and all that is exposed is the knuckles of my hand and part of wrist for most part

I'm just holding the marker, arm tucked under the tank like I've been taught. I'm curious to see pics of the way you do it.

yeah, its hard to explain, and after doing it in the mirror, its not really tilted to the same degree as you have it, I only leave my knuckles out, but its not up and down either

for me it depends on what bunker im playing. if i'm playing behind a mini x its at an angle but other than that i think im always up and down but most of the time im at an angle leaving my hopper out of view but thats just me
