Greetings fellow PE users! I have a dilemma...

I recently bought a previously owned Ego 08 with laser engraving but my problem is that the laser engraving looks exremely dirty. There is grime all over the engraving. My question is: what method can I use to remove it without damaging the surface of the marker? Most of the marker is bead blasted, not annodized. Only the LPR and HPR are annodized. Hope someone can help!

Any pictures might be useful. If you want to keep the lasering on there then get a cleaning brush, or a toothbrush with hard bristles and start from one side to the next, once every few spots get a rag and wipe it down. Sooner or later you'll get done and it should be in good condition once more.

I tried the brush with no luck, it actually looks like oxidation... Any ideas?
