It still seems like the 09 is just a little bit more hungry than the the SL8R, but that said I've also got about 15,000 balls through the SL8R, and only 11,000 through the 09. So I'm still breaking them both in, but the efficiency on both seems to still be improving. I'm able to get almost 9 full pods of a 45/4500 from the SL8R and about 8 pods on the 09. We'll see what they are both like in about 2 months though when I'm over 20k on each.

For those who know I've been looking for a cuba, I've decided I'm just going to have eye covers, trigger, LPR caps, OOPS knob, reg swivel, ram cap, feedneck lever and either the barrel fronts or barrel backs anno'd a polished blue.

What do you guys think fronts or backs on the barrel?

Just figured I'd put these up. Got some extra parts and now I have the parts to make a cuba and pure SL8R....

I've got the trigger, I just need a second trigger carrier, the screw that activates the microswitch and a dust blue barrel front and I'll have it complete. I already have a gloss blue.
And I'm going to see if I can find a blue Zick2 rammer cap also.
