How do I maintain it? ( my 07 Ego)

I've already downloaded the manual from the tech section but I'm an Electro noob so don't even know what type of lube to use. I 'm pretty sure this thing is going to take a lot more TLC than my Tippys did so any suggestions on what needs to be done when will be greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance T.

I for one only use Planet Eclipse products. Their oil on the rammer and bolt. Their lube on the reg.

Here Check this link is for an 08 but from what I have heard they are very similar but this should be able to walk you through the basics.

Ok cool thanks guys that clears a lot up. Just a couple more questions; On the LPR adjuster, is there a trick to getting set right on reassembly or is it just a matter of counting the turns as I remove it? and is there anything I should keep my grubby little hands off until I become more familiar the it?

LPR screw should be even with the LPR cap. The easiest way to tell is to set your allen wrench flat across the face of the cap and see if the screw and cap are flush.

Haha welcome to Egoland Tim. Like everyone said above, just keep those rammer orings clean and lubed and you should have no problems. I use Sl33k but I know everyone else uses pe oil. Both work very well and I haven't had any issues with my Ego8 in the last 6 months playing every weekend. Honestly you'd be suprised at how low maintenance new high ends are. Egos especially are the Tippys of the high end world
